How do I choose the engraving placement?
Choose Area 1 for a larger composition or Area 2 for a compact placement. Final scale and position are confirmed through a digital mockup.
What artwork formats can I upload?
Upload JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG artwork.
Can I engrave both sides?
Standard customization is single-sided. Use Custom Request for double-sided engraving or different content on each side.
Can personalized products be returned?
Personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
How long does shipping take?
After receiving your order, we will contact you by email to confirm the specific design, text, or other requirements. The shipping date will be determined based on our communication. Generally, if everything goes smoothly, we will ship within about one week.
