Our Return Policy Overview
  • 30-Day Window: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Contact Us First: Please contact KEITH Titanium before sending any items back.

  • International Returns: To avoid any Customs charges, please clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

  • Want an Exchange? If you want to switch to another product, you can do that! Just contact us.

Refund Eligibility & Conditions

To ensure a smooth process, please review our refund conditions based on the state of the item:

  • Full Refund: The product and packaging are unopened, undamaged, and in brand-new condition.

  • Partial Refund: The packaging has been opened, or the product shows signs of being used.

  • No Refund: The product has been damaged by the user, and the damage is not covered by our warranty.

  • Customized Products: Customized or personalized products are Final Sale. Once customization is completed, they are not eligible for return or refund due to their personalized nature.

Return Shipping Costs
  • If your original order did not include free shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee).

  • If your original order included free shipping: The customer is only responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Return or Exchange a Package
  1. E-mail us with your order number, contact information, and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Once approved, securely pack the item.

  3. Provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment (highly recommended so we can track its arrival).

Transport Damage or Defective Items


If your product arrives damaged during transport, or if you believe there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty, please contact us immediately. Include relevant details and clear photos in your e-mail so we can review the case and make it right.

Refund Processing

KEITH Titanium will process refunds for eligible returns only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
