Great size for portability. Love the thumb hole for stability. Kinda like a painter's pallet. Very durable. Very compact and packable. Love that it's titanium. My one gripe is that it's quite a bit heavier than I was expecting, as the owner of many titanium camping cookware pieces. Perhaps it's lighter than a steel version its size; I don't have one to compare. But I thought it would weigh maybe half as much. Other than that, it's getting some use by the fire, cutting up and cooking veggies, and I Dig It.

I wasn't sure about this due to the cost. If you look up titanium cutting boards on Amazon there are many to choose from at a much lower cost. HOWEVER, read the fine print - those cutting boards are NOT titanium.I wanted the real deal and the best value is definitely Keith. I did the research. I have been very pleased. It feels sturdy, cleans up easily, and doesn't hold odors like my old boards. I bought the 12x8 size, and it's a very convenient size for daily use, small kitchens, fruit, vegetables, and quick meal prep. That said, I do hope they come out with more size options, especially larger ones, because I do a lot of cooking and would love to have a bigger board for heavier prep work.I strongly recommend Keith titanium cutting boards. Mine is wonderful and very worth the money! It's honestly a great value. And I'd be excited to buy a larger size if they release one.

I had to order this item when I saw it since I'd never heard of such a thing. The titanium board arrived in its signature packaging; very smooth matte satin finish surface with rounded corners and integrated handle; weighs 24.5 ounces and is 7.9" x 11.8" x 0.10 inch.This board has a very clean and minimalist look. Very sturdy and well made. This material of titanium does not stain or harbor bacteria. Both sides can be used to keep contamination controlled during meal preparation. Very easily cleaned. I'm sure with time, some scratches may occur but this should not affect the performance of the board. That being said, at times, it had a fingernails on blackboard effect on me if I cut in a certain way; however, that didn't stop me from liking it. I'm actually keeping it on the counter as an impromptu spoon rest since it is aesthetically pleasing while having an easily accessed cutting board.

Nice slab of metal cut and polished to use as a cutting board! Finish is very nice and it is super easy to clean. Very thin but still heavier than my wood cutting boards. Great for cutting meat. I am a little leery of making fine cuts on it with my high end knives as I feel that the metal on metal may require me to sharpen the knives more often than I have to using the wood boards. Using my day to day knives with it for now and will see how they hold up with it. Otherwise, I think it is a great board!

I'm a big fan of keith titanium, and this cutting board does not dissapoint at all! Although this is a titanium board, it is heavy. This is a pretty robust cutting board, so I don't recommend dropping it on your foot. IT WILL HURT. There isn't much one can say about a chopping board, but I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.This is a top knotch product by a top knotch seller.

I bought a knockoff titanium cutting board from Amazon. Don't do this, buy authentic from Keith. I bought a total of 3 cutting boards, 2 were gifts to family and a friend. They were both very well received and used immediately. They threw out their old cutting boards. These cutting boards are amazing. Everyone loved how easy they are to clean, how hygienic they feel, and how they don't hold stains or odors like old wooden or plastic boards. This Keith cutting board is practical, well-made, and definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a better everyday cutting board.

I don't like my wood, glass, or plastic cutting boards so I wanted to try something different. I was worried I would get that nails on a chalk board feeling when cutting food on this, but wasn't as bad as I thought. It is easy to clean, but it does pick up finger prints and other oils very easily. I like the weight of it, it feels very sturdy and I think it will last a long time.

I ordered this cutting board after researching what is the best replacement for my wood and hard plastic cutting boards. Titanium stands out for being environmentally friendly, easy to clean, and being naturally antibacterial. You can put it in the dishwasher or hand wash; it dries quickly. It is light weight. It will scratch with use because it is softer than your knives but two benefits 1.) germs won't grow in the scratches and 2.) your knives will stay sharper longer.I recommend this product.

Easy to clean. I wash it by hand and let it dry in my dish rack on the counter. Can leave water marks but doesn't harm the board (it is just a visual thing but you can wipe it dry if you like.... I don't).. I feel very safe health-wise using this board. I have quartzite countertops so to keep it from sliding I use 2 round grippers and it works perfectly! I have the smaller board and am saving for the larger one. So happy there is NO plastic shedding! Highly recommend.

This cutting board is very different from the plastic or wooden cutting boards. You may be used to. It is very thin and it is noticeably heavier than any of the plastic cutting boards. However, this is probably the safest cutting board you can use. The plastic cutting boards, once used, are covered with scratches. The scratches are then filled by whatever moisture comes from what you are using the board for, tomatoes, meat, chicken. You then scrub the board to clean it between uses, and you always notice how the scratches on the cutting board react with whatever sponge or cleaning cloth you are using. You do not have that issue with this cutting board. It does not harm your knives, and it absorbs nothing. It is extremely easy to clean, in the sink or the dishwasher, with any cleaning cloth and dish soap. The only drawback is that wooden and plastic cutting boards often have a rim or groove around it to contain any liquids from spilling over to the countertop. This cutting board does not have such grooves and you should be aware that you do not have that “fail safe” liquid retainer. On balance, I think the ability to really keep this cutting board, clean and free from possible cross contamination outweigh the absence of any groove. This cutting board will take some getting used to, but I think that is a minor issue considering it’s safety and utility.

The titanium cutting board is easily cleaned up and ready for use going from one food type to the next – protein, vegetable, fruit, etc. – and it did not appear to reduce the quality of the cutting edge of the knives used. I’ve tested it with premium knives and utility grade kitchen knives with no issue for the board or the blades. The weight is significant enough that when you pick it up you know you are holding a titanium plate. But the profile is small enough it is easy to store. The one thing I would put this at the top of the list for is jointing and home butchering work because this has a thinner profile it doesn’t slide around the way other boards will when you getting going – I use to set tea towels under the other types of boards I’ve used in the past to give them traction when doing large meat cuts. This is good for home, cabin, and camping cooking.

I've been using this cutting board every day for about a week, and I cook and prep a lot. From smoothies to dinner every day. I wanted a small cutting board for quick tasks that would easily fit in the dishwasher. This checked all those boxes for me. The easy of cleaning and guarantee of hygiene were a bonus. However, there are some drawbacks to using titanium, which is new to me, It's heavier than I expected for a small cutting board. It has the tendency to scoot around on the counter as I'm chopping, which is not safe or stable. And there is an unpleasant sound as the knife makes the cut. I personally would not get a titanium cutting board again. But, if I was in a commercial or institutional setting, I can see the advantages of a guaranteed clean cutting surface.

The boards blunted my knives cutting one mushroom and one capsicum. I needed to resharpen on the grindstone.

I have many small items made of titanium, and I even own a solid pound of it in brick form. Titanium has a reputation of being lightweight, and that has always been my experience. I failed to see the weight in the description before I ordered it. This board is over 2 pounds. Given its thin profile, and shape (about the size of a clipboard), I was surprised. I have no complaints about its construction, etc. I just expected it to be lighter. I may actually use it as a clip board when I take notes.
